FOUNDER

Alice is a qualified solicitor, Miss Great Britain 2025/26 and the founder of Time to Grieve.

She created the campaign in December 2024 after recognising a significant gap in the law for people experiencing bereavement in the workplace. Her own experience of losing both of her parents by the age of 18 strongly drives her mission to improve support for others navigating grief.

Alice now uses her national platform to campaign for a legal right to paid bereavement leave in the UK and to encourage more open, compassionate conversations about grief.
