Miss Great Britain 2025/26

On Friday 17th October 2025, our founder Alice won the title of Miss Great Britain 2025/26! So what does this mean for Time to Grieve?

The Miss Great Britain title will allow us to open even more doors, reach wider audiences and continue driving the national conversation around bereavement support. As the UK’s longest running pageant, Miss Great Britain offers an incredible national platform and Alice will be using her title to shine an even brighter light on the need for a legal right to paid bereavement leave.

Since her win, Alice has already been busy speaking on regional and national news about bereavement leave. We can’t wait to share more information on this with you soon.

Over the next year, we will continue working with grief charities, employers and policy makers to make this change happen. With National Grief Awareness Week coming up in December, and lots already in the pipeline, the next year is looking very exciting for us here at Time to Grieve!
