After six months of campaigning, our Government petition calling for statutory bereavement leave for all has officially closed. We are proud to share that 3,101 people signed in support of this vital cause.

Every signature represents someone who believes grief deserves time and space. From the start, this petition was about one clear message: no one should be expected to return to work before they are ready after losing someone they love.

Although the petition has now closed, our work continues.

Time to Grieve was never just about one petition. It is a growing campaign for lasting change. We will keep working towards a future where compassion at work is not optional. That means building partnerships, raising awareness and shaping policy that reflects the reality of grief.

Thank you to everyone who supported us. You helped lay the foundations for what comes next.
